I believe how you move shapes how you live, and I am here to guide you in unleashing the powerful, radiant warrior within.

I am Kerstin, a devoted Yoga-Energy-Spirit Coach.

I am committed to helping you unfold your unique potential in harmony with your heart. My classes blend dynamic, flowing movements with powerful poses, breathwork, and meditation to ignite your life force and cultivate energy awareness. I’m Brenda, and together with Roland, we’ve poured our hearts into creating Osa Major, a sanctuary nestled in Mallorca’s serene countryside. I stand here on this hilltop finca near Montuïri, where the earth hums with peace and the hills stretch like a dream. I invite you to join us in this sacred space, where the Great Bear constellation lights up our starry nights.

Step onto this land and feel its magic. Our yoga shala opens to a breathtaking valley, the infinity pool mirrors the sky, and our garden’s fresh harvest nourishes your body and soul. Every corner—woven with Balinese charm, Moroccan pottery, and Mediterranean warmth—whispers stories of our travels and dreams. From the “Stairway to Heaven” terrace to the tranquil olive groves, Osa Major is a haven to reconnect with your heart.
