FAQ
Some questions need a clear answer. Some are better asked in a conversation.
A few can only be answered by being on retreat.
We are here for all of that.
No question is too practical or too personal. If something is better discussed in person, we will say so.
If the real answer comes from the experience itself — from breath, nature, and being in the circle — we will not pretend a paragraph can replace that.

What follows is what most people need to know before they book. Anything else, we answer from the heart with you.
What’s included in a Dynamic Silence retreat?
The held container: daily yoga and embodied movement, breathwork, energy work, group process, and the practices unique to that retreat. Shared life in a small circle, in nature.
Flights are not included. Meals, room type, and transfers are confirmed on the specific retreat page and in a discovery conversation — so nothing stays vague.
Always included: intimacy, enough unstructured time to actually arrive, and guidance that meets you as you are.
What does “dynamic silence” actually mean?
Not a vow of muteness. Not a spa weekend. Presence. Connection. Nature. A nervous system that can soften. A mind that no longer has to manage everything.
Silence here is alive. From that quiet, movement, feeling, and meeting another person can be honest.
A retreat is not an escape from life. It is a return to what carries you: body, breath, heart, energy.
What do people take home?
Not a new identity. A remembered one.
A nervous system that can regulate instead of endure. A body that feels like an ally. Breath that opens armour. A quieter intuition. Simple tools for ordinary life: movement, breath, presence. Lightness and strength at once. The right to stand in your truth without dimming.
How is this different from a yoga holiday or a silent retreat?
A yoga holiday gives you classes and a view. A silent retreat often asks you to withdraw from speech and from each other.
We hold small circles in power places, with nature as co-facilitator. Yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, energy work, and heartfelt coaching are woven into one living container. Generous integration time. Eye-level encounter. Being is not a destination. There is no version of you left to construct. You are acomplete, simply resting inside the body you were given.
What is your cancellation policy — and do I need travel insurance?
Circles are small and houses are reserved far ahead, so payments follow the terms on your booking confirmation.
We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, delay, and medical care. That is the cleanest way to protect the investment if life changes.
If something essential is unclear before you pay, ask on the discovery conversation. We would rather be precise than poetic here. Better ask than solving later.
Do I need yoga experience? Are beginners welcome?
No. No performance is required.
Practice meets the body in front of us — first mat or long-time practitioner. Modifications are normal. Some retreats invite more fire; others invite more softness. The pose is never the point. Inhabiting your body is.

What does a day actually look like?
Morning practice. Breath or energy work. A meal. Time that is not filled. Afternoon movement or encounter. Evening that can go deep — or stay quiet.
No two days are copies. Nature and the group set the pace as much as the schedule. There is structure so you do not float. There is space so the nervous system can land.
You will not be entertained from dawn to night. The quite moments of integration and free time bring the magic shift.
Do I need yoga experience? Are beginners welcome?
Beginners and experienced practitioners. Solo travellers and pairs. Anyone willing to be real: to move, breathe, meet shadow or softness, and let nature and a small circle do part of the holding. Oneness and Community.
It is not intensive trauma therapy and not a luxury escape. It is embodied return — so you can live what you remember when you get home.
